Include the email used for Speakrum and whether the issue occurred on the website, ChatGPT, or Codex.

Plans and progress

Describe the session, plan day, or vocabulary item that appears incorrect. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” for account access, correction, export, or deletion requests.

What to include

  • A short description of what you expected and what happened.
  • The approximate date and time of the issue and the page or feature involved.
  • A screenshot with sensitive information removed, if it helps explain the problem.
  • Never include your password, magic-link URL, OAuth token, or API key.
